This week's lastfm Top 10 countdown features four new entries from The Enemy's brand new album released on Friday.
Social Disguises is set to dominate the lastfm listener charts over the coming weeks, but can any of the tracks knock off the fan favourite from the #1 spot?
The reviews are beginning to come in thick and fast and Traveller's Tunes have added The EnemySocial Disguises album to their list of reviews.
The review went on to say, "Social Disguises’ is a post-catharsis album. It embraces their past, both internally and the bands that inspired them and the peers they liked", giving The Enemy a glowing review as they return to form along the lines of the first album.
Any publicity is publicity, and while this is not so much of a review - more of a press release, it nevertheless directs readers to the new album by The Enemy Social Disguises.

The Enemy signed Social Disguises Test Pressing album has already become a hunt for record collectors after it sold out almost immediately. The 500 copies of the plain white signed vinyl was priced at £75 but has become a sought after music item.
Featuring the signatures of Tom Clarke, Andy Hopkins and Liam Watts on the cover and numbered individually, The Enemy first new album in 10 year's has generated heaps of interest online and at a string of sell out special events to celebrate the launch.
Blood Records have released 500 copies of Social Disguises, pressed to squad effect in mustard yellow, oxblood and orange. The Enemy album was also limited to 500 copies and hand-numbered. This version sold out quickly and is already fetching higher price on auction websites.
Describing The Enemy 'Social Disguises' as "fuelled by frustration, fired up by experience", CinemaChords gave the new album 4/5 stars.
Howard Gorman's review said, "Social Disguises balances its reflective weight with drive, proving that a measure of frustration can be just as much a fuel for the song as melody or riff."

The Enemy have been forced to cancel their sell out hometown event in Coventry (20/02/26) due to an ongoing family medical emergency.
A statement from The Enemy social media read:
"Some of you may be aware that one of the band is dealing with a significant family medical emergency, and that the Glasgow and Edinburgh signing events had to be cancelled.
The situation remains ongoing and as a result, the Coventry signing event has also had to be cancelled. The band are supporting each other and thank you all for your understanding and support.
The band are absolutely gutted, and can only apologise for the inconvenience caused.
A full refund will be issued within the next 24 hours for the Coventry event, including all bundle options on purchasing the album. If you would still like a physical copy of the album, please repurchase a new copy via theenemyband.co.uk "
The final preparations ahead of the brand new album by The Enemy are well underway. Tom Clarke, Andy Hopkins and Liam Watts have been signing copies Social Disguises ready for the release next Friday (20/02/26). The albums and CD's will be dispatched and arriving at the homes of fans around that date.
The lads have been busy rehearsing for the album launch events and are looking forward to meeting fans around the country.

Last year cassette sales were up 53% (164,000 units) during 2025 in the UK as more music artists catered for the nostalgic tapes coming back into fashion. While they still have a long way to go in becoming as popular as vinyl (7.5m units) have become, more people are adding them to their collections.
The Enemy are giving fans the opportunity to add a cassette of Social Disguises to accompany the CD's and vinyls on offer from the official website. Priced at £7 (excluding postage and packaging) and even cheaper if combined with other pre-oder offers, The Enemy cassette may well become a valuable addition for collectors. Sadly The Enemy had to cancel their two Scottish performances due to a family medical emergency. Management issued this statement on Monday (16/02/26):
"Due to a family medical emergency within the band, they have had to rush back home and both tonight’s show at King Tut’s Glasgow and tomorrow night at The Caves Edinburgh have been cancelled. Refunds will be issued within the next 24 hours.
We are so sorry for the disappointment caused, your support means the world to the band, thank you on their behalf for being so understanding of the circumstances.

As if it wasn't amazing enough having a new studio album from The Enemy after eleven years, the Coventry trio are giving fans the opportunity to enjoy even more new music. The release of Social Disguises (20/02/26) will also be available with a bonus deluxe CD that will contain ten additional tracks.
HMV are doing a deluxe edition CD that contains four bonus tracks (titles not revealed when this was written), but other music outlets such as ProperMusic.com have the tracklisting (see below) and the catalogue number as ENECDX01.
Fans of The Enemy have plenty of choices when it comes to which formats to buy Social Disguises. But did you know there is an exclusive pink vinyl available for indie outlets?
While you can purchase orange and yellow copies on The Enemy official website, the additional pink copy of the album will be pretty special to collect. HMV have the orange edition and Amazon fail to mention what colour they will be dispatching, it is independent record stores that offer fans the chance to not only support local record stores, while also being able to obtain the new album in pink!

Three out of the four most streamed songs by fans of The Enemy have connections to football. We'll Live And Die In These Towns single reached #21 when it was first released in December 2007, yet over the years the slow burner grew on fans. Becoming an anthem during live gigs, the track went on to being played at the Coventry City Football Club home games. The song has continued to grow in popularity and is now firmly embedded into the history of Coventry and it's football club. WLADITT became the most streamed track, amassing 3.7m YouTube streams.
Saturday (SITS 2013) was the official first single from Streets In The Sky (Gimme The Sign was a free download prior to this) and the track featured in FIFA 13, cementing The Enemy's connection with football fans. The lads would go on to perform in London alongside the FIFA World Cup as part of a special promotion.
EA Sports became connected with The Enemy through the catchy Be Somebody track, which featured on FIFA 10. The video follows Tom, Andy and Liam on their journey to the then RICOH Arena ( now the Coventry Building Society Arena) for the amazing homecoming gig. It's Automatic was the title track taken from the 2015 album release, the visually captivating video was directed by Imaginate Creative. The new look and new sound is where things paused until The Enemy reformed in 2022.
